Turbo yeast is a mixture of dried yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), enzymes, & nutrients optimised to produce quality neutral spirits when used with sugar.

The yeast strain is a temperature tolerant, versatile strain that is able to withstand stress factors such as temperature & high ABV whilst achieving an exceptional yield*

Classic 8 Turbo Yeast. Still Spirits. Ferments a high ABV wash. Fermentation Time: 6kg Sugar At 18°C for 3 days At 30°C for 2 days Using a Reflux Condenser: 3.7L @ 93% ABV 8kg Sugar At 16°C for 10 days At 25°C for 5 days Using a Reflux Condenser: 4.5L @ 93% ABV
