A yeast & nutrient mix with a low fermentation odour. Specifically formulated to ferment 6kg Sugar across a wide range of temperatures, whilst producing a clean-tasting spirit.
At 15°C : 9-10 days
At 30°C : 4-5 days
With 6kg Sugar using the T500 Reflux Condenser: 3.6L @ 93% ABV
With 7kg Dextrose using the T500 Reflux Condenser: 3.8L @ 93% ABV
