Designed to ferment in ambient temperatures above 33°C while still producing good distillate quality.
This is also the only yeast recommend for stacking - up to 200L of wash can be fermented using 8 packets of HEAT Turbo Yeast.
Fermentation Time:
At 25°C : 3-4 days
At 35°C : 2-3 days
Yield (approx.): With 6kg Dextrose using a Reflux Condenser : 3.5L @ 93%
