Nelson Sauvin hops are a variety of New Zealand hops that are named after the famous Sauvignon Blanc grape, due to their unique and distinctive flavour & aroma characteristics that resemble white wine. 

They also have a high alpha acid content, making them a versatile hop that can be used for both bittering and aroma purposes in a variety of beer styles, including Pale Ales, IPAs, & Saisons.
