A simple, clean & moderately bitter beer. Tangerine, Coconut, Tropical Fruit & Stone Fruit aromas with Cedar & Mint notes.

IBU: 18
Yeast Suggestion: US05, Bry-97, WLP001, Wyeast 1056 or Nottingham
Dry Hop Suggestion: Sabro 50g

Pour FWK into sanitised fermenter, add 5L of water & suggested yeast & ferment away.

Fresh Wort Kits are fresher & easier than the messy Kit & Kilo (tins) as the wort isn’t boiled down until it fits into a tin.

Fresh Wort Kits taste just like it would at the brewery, and are an excellent option if you don’t have the time, skill or equipment to do a full All Grain Brew.
