Citric acid is a versatile ingredient with many different uses, including:

*Food & Beverage: is commonly used as a preservative in food & beverages to increase shelf life & add a tart taste. It can be found in soft drinks, fruit juices, & other acidic products. eg Sour Lollies.

*Cleaning: a mild, natural acid that can be used to remove hard water stains & mineral build-up in household appliances like dishwashers, washing machines, & kettles.

*Metal Cleaning: perfect for cleaning & polishing metals, like Brass & Copper.

*Water pH: adjust the pH of your water for use in your homebrew.
