Centennial Hops are known for their strong Citrus & Floral aroma, with notes of Grapefruit and Lemon. It imparts a moderate bitterness to beer, with an alpha acid content ranging from 8-11%. 

Centennial hops are a multipurpose hop and are great for Bittering, flavour, aroma & dry hopping. It is a popular hop used in American-style IPAs Pale Ales & Double IPAs.
