1.5kg Malt Extract Brewing Kit

This Classic West Coast IPA kit comes complete with American ale yeast. It has a fresh, clean mouthfeel from hopped ale malts.

For a West Coast IPA add a tin of Light liquid malt extract, or 1kg Light Dried malt.

For the citrus, fruity aroma and flavour of an American West Coast IPA, add at least 30g (up to 200g) of American hops like Centennial, Cascade, Citra or Amarillo.

For more piney notes add Columbus or Tomahawke

For an Australian IPA add hops like Galaxy or Vic Secret.

For a NZ IPA use Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka.
