Copper Pot Condenser

A pure pot condenser is used when you want the flavour of the wash to come through. For instance, if you ferment fruit or grains, it will allow some of that flavour to enter your distillate.

Fast – 4.5L/hr for Spirit or 2.8L/hr for Distilled Water

This AlcoEngine requires a minimum water flow rate & that's it. This makes it far easier to operate than many other brands.  

This design is compatible with many Turbo boiler types.

Solid Copper
When your hot spirit comes in contact with copper the copper acts like a catalytic converter and drives sulfur out of the spirit. This process means you get less "off-flavours" and you simply get better quality spirit.
