A darker, smaller seed than modern conventional Rye.
Heritage Cereal Ryecorn grown exclusively on local regenerative farms featuring an earthy, fresh rye bread aroma, toasty/ biscuit like sweetness and a classic dry, spicy finish.
We recommend adding Rice or Oat Hulls to recipes using more than 10% to avoid a stuck mash.
