Simcoe Hops

Simcoe hops are a variety of hops known for their unique Piney, Citrusy, & Earthy aromas & flavours. They are often described as having a complex profile that includes notes of Grapefruit, Passionfruit, Pine, and even a hint of cat urine (in a good way!).

Simcoe hops were first released in 2000 and have since become a popular choice among craft brewers for their high alpha acid content, which makes them a great choice for bittering, as well as their distinctive aroma and flavour characteristics.

American IPA's, Pale Ales, Double IPA, All American styles
