Eclipse Hops are considered a relatively new variety, having been bred and released in 2018. They are a cross between two popular hop varieties, the Simcoe & Eureka hops.

Eclipse Hops are known for their distinctive flavour profile, which has been described as having notes of Tropical Fruit, Citrus, & Pine.

Eclipse Hops are typically used for late boil additions & dry hopping, as they are considered to have high oil content which contributes to their strong aroma and flavour.

Eclipse Hops are a versatile hop variety, suitable for use in a wide range of beer styles, including IPAs, Pale Ales, New England Pale Ales & Stouts.
