This Classic Gold Lager kit comes complete with Pacific lager yeast. Gold Lager is a clean, crisp lager with balanced malt sweetness from pale malts. Low hop bitterness brings maximum refreshment without compromising flavour. Perfectly refreshing in hot conditions.

For a Gold Lager add a tin of Light liquid malt or 1kg Light Dried malt.

For more flavour, dry-hop with 30g or more of NZ hops like Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka

For a stone fruit and citrus flavour, use Australian hops like Galaxy or Vic Secret for tropical fruit flavours.
