Use in brewing to give a delicious Molasses & Caramel flavour. 

Raw sugar is less processed than white sugar, retaining some of the natural molasses from sugarcane, resulting in a light golden brown colour and a caramel like flavour. 

Perfect for the fermentable sugar in Ginger Beers

Sunshine Sugar owns and operates sugar mills at Harwood (near Yamba), Broadwater & Condong (Tweed River)

The sugar cane is grown locally here in the Northern Rivers NSW
