1.7kg Malt Extract Brewing Kit

The Black Rock Classic IPA is brewed with Ale and Lager malts with Caramalt and roasted specialty malts for a rich golden colour. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added during the boil to provide a moderate-strong bitterness.

Brew with 1kg Ultra Blend. For more body, colour and malt flavour use a tin of Light liquid malt.
