Shipping policy
Orders will be processed and packaged within 2 business days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) and are shipped with a tracking number, this will be emailed to you to keep track of your delivery.
Our couriers have a 22kg weight limit. If your order exceeds 22kg an Excess Weight Charge will be issued. We will contact you if your order has gone over the weight limit.
PO. Box & Parcel Lockers - we are unable to help you with any delayed or lost mail questions. NO Refunds or Replacements will be given to parcels sent to PO. Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
In-store pickup
Free local pickup from our Shop 8/1 Machinery Drive Tweed Heads South 4213.
Please take note of any business hour changes on our website or on Google.
After placing your order, we aim to have your order ready within 2 business hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
*If you have Paid for your order online, your items will be held out the back for 4 weeks, for you to pick up at your leisure. If no one has collected after 4 weeks, we will issue a refund, and your items will be restocked.
*If you have selected Pay on Pick Up in Store, your order will be held for 1 week ONLY. If no payment has been received within the week of ordering, your order will be cancelled.
General information
For large $ amount orders, we may contact you by either phone or email to confirm the sale. If we cannot contact you to verify transaction, your order may be cancelled.
Border Brewing Supplies accepts NO Responsibility for delayed or postal service problems out of our control after parcel has been collected from our store.
