Neighbourhood Brewing Co. have used a subtle amount of the traditionally German Hallertau hop in the boil which gives a light spicy and flowery flavour.
Brewing Instructions
- Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter.
- Add 5 litres of filtered water to bring volume to 20 litres.
- Pitch NovaLager Lager yeast, and Dry Enzyme
- Add Hersbrucker finishing hops on day 4
- Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
